Attendees will learn how to:
- Operate Portfolio Manager
- Set up a new property
- Set up water and energy meters
- Log energy and water use data
- Create custom reports from the data
Why ENERGY STAR Certification?
- ENERGY STAR buildings are seen as top performers in energy-efficiency
- Lower operating costs

- Fewer greenhouse gas emissions
- Higher rental rates
After entering data into Portfolio Manager, building owners and managers will become eligible to participate in the Office of Sustainability’s Free ENERGY STAR Certification Program, which allows building owners to receive free verification services from a licensed architect or engineer, building managers and owners must first enter their data into Portfolio Manager.
